When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, and shipping address. If you contact us, we collect what you share in that message.

All payments are processed by Stripe. eBrandify never sees or stores your full card number — Stripe handles that directly, under its own security and privacy standards.

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us until you check out.

We use your information to process orders, send order and shipping updates, and respond to questions you send us. We do not sell your information to third parties.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the store: Stripe (payment processing) and Vercel (hosting). Each handles the data necessary to perform its function, under its own privacy policy.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by contacting us.
